Have 2 plans with Nomad. Plan 1 was working fine for a few months, then the SIM went bad - Dexter Vickers on the support team to the rescue - got a replacement SIM 2 days later and it's been working 100% since.Decided to get another plan with Nomad as a backup. SIM arrived and did not work from the get-go. Massive confusion with getting Plan 2 SIM card replaced. 3 days of frustrating back-and-forth with their befuddled support team. Was about to give up and cancel everything, and then I saw the shining beacon of hope come across my chat window. Dexter Vickers to the rescue again!Thank you Dexter for helping sort this out!

My internet was down for 20 days due to some problem Nomad was having with the routers. With working from home and 6 kids doing distance learning it was really tough as I couldn't work and the kids missed school. Got my new route yesterday and everything seems to be working good. have found that the new Router is slower than the Nighthawk, but will put up with it. Nomad tried to bill me for the whole month even after I was told January would be a free month due to all the problems. They even went as far as taking the complete payment out of my account, which they haven't put back yet, but says they will??? Dexter and all the other reps have been good to work with but very slow in response and they have no phone service and only work an 8 hour day. It would be nice it that would change. Overall not a bad company, I would recommend them to anyone that lives in a rural community as they are the best I've had and I've tried a few.

I received my wireless is not working as it should, Luis Carter spent a lot of time, patiently dealing with me and they are sending me another one. Thank you for working so diligently to solve my problem. Their customer service and response time is wonderful

Samuel Simmons was great today. I have been having a lot of interruptions in service and he took care of my equipment and billing issues as asked. The 4 stars is due to the issues with internet coverage we’ve been having but Seth’s customer service was 5 stars.

I was trying to make contact with someone to ask about device and coverage. I was able to get a hold of a live person on chat, even on a holiday! They were professional and courteous and answered all my questions. I’m going to most likely order their services.

The cellular internet was working great for six months, when it stopped working I reset it the wrong way and Samuel at Nomad offered to send out a new modem. Much appreciated

Have not used services yet; just chatted online with a rep and received good information about what they provide and all the details. Rep was very nice and very informative. I will likely try their internet service once my satellite service contract is over in April.

I first heard of them on youtube. I went to site, but it was after 5 on a friday and they said they would be back monday. That's cool. Most companies don't even say. I chatted with luis and he was straight up to the point. Thank you for that

I've had great luck with Nomad, were on the "red" plan we have had a couple connection issues (SIM card issues) that Nomad tried to fix remotely, but as soon as it was realized the issue couldn't be fixed, we were sent a new setup with expedited shipping! Their customer base grew exponentially with COVID and they've quickly expanded their customer service crew and are doing their very best to keep up with demand and customer service!
