This is the worst internet service company with the poorest customer service that I have ever dealt with. The only way to talk to them is through a chat on their web site. You cannot call. There is no phone number because they don't have the staff. I ordered a modem 3 months ago and it still is not connected and working. RUN!

John Wilson is the rep that chatted with me and was amazing! answered all my questions that I had, which were a ton. Starting this nomad lifestyle and I work remotely so need internet for a good amount of the day. I have not yet used the device but will gladly write a review once I have used it, they do have a 7 day guarantee too, which is awesome!

Since upgrading from Strong Pink to Deep Red, I have had no issues with my internet. Returning the Strong Pink modem was a simple process and the Nomad representative was fast, courteous and efficient. My wife and I are very pleased with our decision to switch to Nomad.
