After trying a few different routers, once we found the right one for our area, we have no complaints!Customer Service is awesome (the chat option is the fastest/easiest way to resolve issues). You are always talking to a real person.I will be the first to admit that during the transition/partnership with Verizon I was incredibly frustrated, but I am so happy that we have stuck it out since then. Each time we have had an issue, it has been taken care of swiftly (refunds, questions, etc). Specifically, Samuel S from customer support (via chat on the app) was phenomenal. Very thorough and attentive while providing clear responses to our questions. He deserves a medal for having to help figure out the confusion we caused on our end! Thanks Samuel!

I teach from our RV each day and watch movies and YouTube at night. Nomad will run well even with several devices. The customer service rep., Mike, is very helpful and timely in responding! Thanks Nomad!

I was researching internet options for a rural area and came across Nomad Internet. I saw a chat box that said it would be a real person. We chatted and all of my questions were answered as I requested more information. I am seriously considering this format for my rural area visits. Check it out!Let’s be clear. I've been a Nomad customer for several years now and overall I am very happy and satisfied with their service. On the rare occasion there has been an issue their customer service staff have been prompt, professional, and very helpful in quickly resolving the issue. I appreciate their internet service and customer service greatly!

I have been without internet for a week. Was charged three times for one service. I was ready to give up. Finally I spoke with Sean on chat and he immediately put in motion for me to get refunded for the wrong charges and helped me get back online. I am so happy he took the time to help me!
